You will receive a message once the wig is in production so you know the wig is actually being worked on and when the wig is completed you will receive a tracking number.

Due to the wigs being custom, no there are no warranties however, I will guarantee that if you are not satisfied within reason we will come to a resolution that is fair to the both of us. All products are final sale but resolutions to any arising issues should and can be worked out.
