Wiganometry products are prepared with care, and processing times may vary depending on the item or service purchased. Any specific production or processing timeframe will be provided on the applicable product page.

Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control. If a shipping issue occurs, please contact me and I will assist with the available carrier information whenever possible.

Bundles to Bespoke & Services Requiring Hair to Be Shipped to Wiganometry

Customers are responsible for shipping their hair or wig to Wiganometry for services that require customer-supplied hair. Shipping instructions will be provided after purchase. I recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking information until I confirm receipt.

Return shipping of the completed wig will be sent to the shipping address associated with your order unless other arrangements have been confirmed.
