CUSTOM WIG PRODUCTION

Every Wiganometry custom wig is individually created for you based on your selected specifications, consultation, and measurements. Because materials are secured and production begins specifically for your order, all custom wig sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the order has been confirmed.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 16–21 business days for the production of your custom wig prior to shipment. Production time begins once your order, payment, measurements, and all required information have been received and confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Rush production is not currently available.

COLOR MATCHING

Inspiration photos are welcomed and are used as a visual guide to help me understand your desired color and overall look.

Hair coloring is a hand-done artisan process, and an exact duplication of another stylist’s or artist’s work cannot be guaranteed. Lighting, photography, screen and monitor settings, AI-generated or digitally altered images, and the natural variations present in human hair may also affect how a color appears.

My goal is to create a beautiful interpretation of your inspiration while maintaining the integrity and quality standards of Wiganometry.

SIZING

Please select your cap size carefully using the sizing guidance provided.

Your custom wig will be constructed according to the measurements and/or cap size submitted with your order. Wiganometry is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements or an incorrectly selected size.

Once construction is complete, alterations to the cap are not included in the original purchase price. If an adjustment is possible, an additional service fee may apply.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your wig has completed final quality inspection and ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
