CUSTOM WIG PRODUCTION:
Every custom wig is uniquely made for you based of off of consultation and your measurements. Because production begins immediately, all custom wig orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation once submitted.

PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow 16-21 business days for processing prior to shipment. This timeframe begins after your order and payment are confirmed, not at the time of submission. Rush orders are currently unavailable.

COLOR MATCHING DISCLAIMER
Inspiration photos are used as a guide to help me understand your desired look. While I strive to create as close a match as possible, hair coloring is a hand done artisan process and exact duplication of another stylist work or artist work cannot be guaranteed. Lighting , monitor settings, AI and natural variation of human hair may also affect the final color appearance.

SIZING:
Please select your cap size carefully based on the guidance provided. Custom wigs are built to the selected cap size and cannot be resized after production without an additional service fee (if applicable).

SHIPPING ABD TRACKING:
Once your wig ships you will receive tracking information via email.
